Players can get around that by using their autoexec, a file that loads after CSGO binds all of the usual keys. Aliases are erased when a user closes the game, which means that unless they’re put inside a player’s autoexec file, the commands have to be entered every single time. Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as binding the keys in CSGO’s menu or through the console. They use several commands grouped together under what CSGO’s engine calls an alias. The problem is that jumpthrows aren’t just one command. Jumpthrow binds are probably the most complicated bind to make in CSGO, but a few additions to a player’s autoexec.cfg file make them that much easier. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive’s best smokes are often the hardest ones to throw, but a jump throw bind makes them much easier.
